Twardowski's correspondence and many unpublished papers by him
are housed by the Library of the Institute of Philosophy of the University of Warsaw
, Krakowskie Przedmiescie 3.
The papers have been transferred from Lvov to Warsaw in 1957 by
Twardowski's daughter and son-in-law, Marja and Kazimierz
Ajdukiewicz.

The correspondence 1888-1938 had been very recently catalogued by Teresa Danuta Woyciechowska and the catalogue has been published in the Polish journal Ruch Filozoficzny n. 1, LIV, 1997, pp. 13-42.
According to Wojciechowska, it consists of 5770 letters,subdivided in three parts:
Twardowski's correspondence is being progressively microfilmed.

The collection of manuscripts and typescripts is not catalogued in a way which can be comparable to that of the correspondence.
The only catalogue that exist, consisting of some carbon copy sheets,is presumably coeval with Mr&Mrs Ajdukiewicz's donation of the Nachlass to the University of Warsaw (1957).
This is the basis of the PPP Catalogue of Twardowski's Unpublished Papers.

is in the Library of the University
of Graz, Universitätsplatz 3, Graz, Austria. Meinong's correspondence
includes some letters from Twardowski.

and Documentation Centre for Austrian Philosophy
in Graz houses collections
of original Nachlässe and copies of posthumous papers
and letters. These latter include some letters by Twardowski.
